Research statement:

My research combines experimental and computational approaches to understand how changes in genome organization and gene regulation contribute to disease. I am particularly interested in cancer biology, immunology, and using genomic data to uncover mechanisms of cellular regulation.

  • Genome Organization in Cancer: Investigating how mutations in the chromatin-remodeling protein SMARCB1 alter genome organization and gene expression.
    B-cell Receptor Repertoire Analysis: Developing computational workflows to analyze B-cell receptor sequencing data and study immune repertoire diversity.
